Heather Strowd is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expert guidance throughout every stage of the home buying and selling process. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Heather has called the Charlotte area home for more than 25 years and recently relocated to Fort Mill, giving her extensive firsthand knowledge of the communities that make the greater Charlotte region such a desirable place to live.

Heather combines her passion for real estate with a strong design background, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Her eye for design, space planning, and home presentation allows her to help sellers maximize their home's appeal while assisting buyers in envisioning the full potential of a property.

Throughout her career, Heather has consistently been recognized for her outstanding performance and commitment to her clients. She earned ERA's Circle of Honor distinction from 2016–2022 and again in 2025, as well as the Circle of Achievement award in 2023 and 2024.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Heather is also a licensed Loan Originator with Live Moore Lending, providing clients with a deeper understanding of the financing side of homeownership and helping create a smoother, more informed transaction experience.

Heather holds several professional designations, including e-PRO®, SPS, and DPS, reflecting her commitment to ongoing education and delivering the highest level of service to her clients.

When she's not assisting clients, Heather enjoys traveling, ultrarunning, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a growing family, or a seller preparing for their next chapter, Heather is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
